He is the Managing Director & CEO of RBSA Advisors, a leading valuation and advisory firm. He leads the strategic direction, growth, and operations of the RBSA Group.

He has a rich experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Valuations, Due Diligence, Fund Raising Advisory etc. He has been involved in some of the major M&A transactions in India, as well as the key Disinvestment and Privatization projects for the Government of India. His clientele includes top Banks, Financial Institutions, Private Equity, Government & Regulators, major Indian Companies and MNCs.

He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, an MBA & a CFA. He is also an Eminent Member of RICS, UK and Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) from IVAS, Singapore. He is registered as an Insolvency Professional with IBBI. Rajeev is a frequent Speaker at various National & International Forums and Conferences.
